THURSDAYS 18:30-19:30 CET – 60-min sessions which consist of functional movement explorations (somedays that might be balancing objects on our feet, on others exploring the headstand…), a round of strong interval conditioning exercises that you can easily do in your home, and stretching to end the session relaxed.

Other than helping you get into shape, this is also a perfect way to train together with your spouse, family or housemates. Open to all levels, no experience required.
