Inversions & Balances
WEDNESDAYS 18:30-19:30 CET – a 60-min all-level class aimed at getting comfortable with being upside down and practicing balances (arm balances, conditioning for handstands and slacklining). This class is rooted in a strong Vinyasa Yoga practice and we will start out the class with a faster-paced Yoga flow to warm up, followed by playful movement explorations on the topic of inversions and balances.
Open to all levels of movers, the only prerequisite is a willingness to explore your potential through play.

Join me and my colleagues for 6-week modules of Acro Portee classes, held all year round in-person at the Zaltimbanq’ Circus School in Luxembourg City. Open to all levels, we have divided the classes into two levels, so everyone is welcome – from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners.
All the classes offer a strong workout, technical learning and many playful moments.
